Question: Will I receive an email about my product order?
Yes, after placing your order please add our email address (email@example.com) to your Address Book so we can send you confirmation, information and updates about your order. Without your help, Spamblocker software may quarrantine and block our emails. If you don't receive an email stating that your order has been received, please contact us - firstname.lastname@example.org
Question: What to do when you receive your order?
When your order arrives, please send us an email (email@example.com) telling us the condition and date of the arrival. This helps us track the time it takes to be processed by the postal services and how well our packing system is working.
If your order arrives and it appears to be damaged, please do the following:
- Take pictures of the damaged areas of your order
- Attach those pictures to an email briefly describing the situation
- Send us the email - firstname.lastname@example.org
We will do our best to correct the situation and make sure you are happy with your Planetwork Press products.
Question: Do you have a return policy in the event I get a product(s) and don't like them?
Yes. the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the product(s). The item(s) should be returned in their original packing with the invoice. Customers must pay for the return shipping. The refund will occur after the product(s) have been received and are deemed in satisfactory condition.
If you have any problems with any of our products, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll work out something that will leave you satisfied. We don't want any unhappy customers.
Question: I don't have a credit card, can I still order products?
Yes. When you place your order, you can select from a number of payment options. Personal checks or money orders in US Dollars are also accepted. If you need any help with payment options, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following in the subject window:
